6 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves
4 whole allspice
2 cups fresh mint leaves
Honey, optional
Instructions
Bring the water, cinnamon, cloves and allspice to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in mint leaves. Remove from heat and steep for 5 minutes. Strain into cups. Sweeten with honey if desired.
