1 cup rolled oats 1 cup skim milk or almond milk 1/4 cup sliced almonds 1 tablespoon honey 1 pint strawberries, diced

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the oats, milk, almonds and honey. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir the oats and transfer to bowls. Top with diced strawberries and serve.
