Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin into boiling water.
  2. Stir until well dissolved.
  3. In bowl, beat cream cheese until very creamy.
  4. With mixer running, add geltin,1/4 cup at a time.
  5. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  6. Pour into 8x8" pan, refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
