  • 1 lb bbq short ribs, braised, plus 1 cup braising liquid reserved from cooking ribs
  • 4 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsely
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paula Deen Silly Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • potato slider buns
  • bread and butter pickles

Instructions

  1. Debone and chop leftover bbq short ribs. Add the rib meat, crumbled bacon and reserved braising liquid to a high-sided skillet and cook over medium-high heat. Let simmer.
