Leftover BBQ mixed with fresh veggies become the filling for delicious little Short Rib Sliders.
Ingredients
1 lb bbq short ribs, braised, plus 1 cup braising liquid reserved from cooking ribs
4 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 tablespoons parsely
1 head cabbage
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Paula Deen Silly Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 tablespoon white vinegar
potato slider buns
bread and butter pickles
Instructions
Debone and chop leftover bbq short ribs. Add the rib meat, crumbled bacon and reserved braising liquid to a high-sided skillet and cook over medium-high heat. Let simmer.
