Leftover BBQ mixed with fresh veggies become the filling for delicious little Short Rib Sliders.
Ingredients
- 1 lb bbq short ribs, braised, plus 1 cup braising liquid reserved from cooking ribs
- 4 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsely
- 1 head cabbage
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Paula Deen Silly Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- potato slider buns
- bread and butter pickles
Instructions
- Debone and chop leftover bbq short ribs. Add the rib meat, crumbled bacon and reserved braising liquid to a high-sided skillet and cook over medium-high heat. Let simmer.
