Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 3/4 pound)
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place broccoli in a large resealable plastic bag. Whisk together remaining ingredients; add to broccoli. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, drain broccoli, discarding marinade.
