Ingredients
6 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 3/4 pound)
1 cup canola oil
1 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Place broccoli in a large resealable plastic bag. Whisk together remaining ingredients; add to broccoli. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
To serve, drain broccoli, discarding marinade.
