Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh ricotta cheese
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups ripe, plump fresh figs, stemmed and quartered
- 2 tablespoons lavender honey
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the ricotta and yogurt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and whip on medium speed until combined, about 1 minute. Scoop 1/4 cup of the ricotta mixture attractively into 4 small dessert bowls. Top with the figs and drizzle each portion generously with the honey. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve at room temperature.
