Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Empress Tea-infused vodka (see Tip)
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz. egg white (1/2 of one egg white)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into martini glass with a half sugar rim.
