Ordinary chicken breasts and everyday fettuccine join to create a tantalizing dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. uncooked fettuccine
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.), cut into pieces
  • 1 (1.6-oz.) pkg. Alfredo sauce mix
  • 1 (4.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup frozen sweet peas

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink.
  3. In small bowl, prepare sauce mix as directed on package. Add to chicken; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in mushrooms and peas; cook 5 minutes. Serve over fettuccine. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
