Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 3/4 cup pineapple preserves
  • 1/4 cup chardonnay or chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.
  2. In a small bowl, mix preserves, chardonnay and mustard; add to pan. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 5-7 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145&deg. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
