Ingredients

1/2 head large cabbage 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast 1/2 medium sweet yellow onion 1 oz hispanic chicken flavored granulated bouillon 6 cups water

Instructions

1. Thinly slice onion and cabbage. 2. Put everything into pot to boil until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes. 3. Cube or shred chicken into bite sized pieces. Return to pot. 4. Serve with a sprinkle of paprika. 5. Note: this can be eaten plain or over brown rice.
