Ingredients
3 oz oven roasted diced chicken breast
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1 oz red peppers
1 oz yellow peppers
1 oz green pepper
1 oz onions
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp jerk seasoning
1 light flatbread
2 tsp reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Place flatbread on a piece of parchment paper on a baking pan.
2. Spread with pizza sauces.
3. Top with mozzarella cheese, chicken, peppers and onion.
4. Sprinkle with jerk seasoning and parmesan cheese.
5. Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) until flatbread crust is crispy.
