Pumpkin pie dip, cream cheese and spices meld into a dip that tastes like pumpkin pie! In a large bowl, using a handheld mixer, beat cream cheese and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Beat in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon.
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Granny Smith apples, for serving
gingersnaps, for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, using a handheld mixer, beat cream cheese and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Beat in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and ginger until blended.
Serve with gingersnaps and Granny Smith apples. Refrigerate leftovers.
