2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest, plus 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice 2 teaspoons honey 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions
