  • 8 slice bacon
  • 1 package prewashed and torn romaine lettuce
  • 2 c. croutons
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/3 c. Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. In 10-inch skillet, cook 8 bacon slices over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
  2. In large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, croutons, diced tomatoes, Italian dressing, and crumbled bacon. Toss together well.
