  • 4 small skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard seed
  • 1 oz teriyaki sauce
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 fl oz orange juice
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 lb broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch

Instructions

  1. Place chicken on the bottom of a 5-6 quart slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together tapioca, stock, orange juice, teriyaki sauce mustard and pineapple. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
  4. Add broccoli for last 20 minutes of cooking so broccoli remains crisp.
