A recipe I found in a kids cook book and made for my daughter, and ended up liking it for lunch.

Ingredients

1 tsp cinnamon, ground 1/2 cup slices apple (8 thin wedges) 1/4 cup golden raisins 1/2 cup grated carrot 4 flour tortillas 1 tbsp honey 4 oz low fat cream cheese, softened

Instructions

1. Combine cream cheese, carrot, raisins, honey and cinnamon in small bowl; mix well. 2. Spread tortillas evenly with cream cheese mixture, leaving 1/2" border around edge of each tortilla. 3. Place 2 apple wedges down center of each tortilla; roll up. 4. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
