Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans (5 oz. each) chunk white chicken breast, drained, flaked
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • 1 VELVEETA Mini Blocks (4 oz.), cut into 12 cubes

Instructions

  1. HEAT oven to 400 °F.
  2. MIX all ingredients except VELVEETA until blended; spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. PRESS 1 VELVEETA cube into center of chicken mixture in each cup, completely enclosing VELVEETA cube.
  4. BAKE 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan to serve.
