1 c. all-purpose flour 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. unsalted butter 1 lb. apples 1/2 tsp. cinnamon .13 tsp. nutmeg 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. cornstarch

Instructions

Make the dough: Combine flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add up to 3 tablespoons ice water and mix until just combined. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
