Ingredients

2 large eggs 8 oz light sour cream 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups slices apple 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 cups all purpose flour 5 tbsps butter

Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). 2. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 "glass baking dish with 2 teaspoons of the butter. Cream together 1 stick of the butter in a large bowl. 3. Add two eggs, one egg at a times, beating after adding each one. 4. In a separate bowl sift together 1 cup flour, baking soda, teaspoon of cinnamon and salt. 5. Add to the wet ingredients 1 cup sour cream, 1 tsp vanilla and the dry ingredients that were mixed in the other bowl. 6. Fold in the apples. Pour into dish spreading to the edges. 7. Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 4 tablespoons butter in to separate bowl and mix until it makes a coarse crumble. 8. Add to top of cake mix. Cook until golden brown (35-40 minutes). Let cool for 10 minutes.
