- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. water
Instructions
- Cut broccoli tops into florets; peel stems and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
- In 12-inch skillet, heat oil on medium-high until hot. Add broccoli; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and cook 1 minute or until well coated and bright green, stirring constantly. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer, stirring.
- Add water; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp and water evaporates, stirring occasionally.
