4 slices swiss cheese 4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breasts 1 can mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

1. Brown chicken breast both side for 5 minutes. 2. Add mushrooms and soy sauce. 3. Cook for 15 minutes or when chicken is done. 4. Cover with Swiss cheese and serve when melted.
