- Cajun Shrimp
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. large (21 to 30) thawed, frozen

Instructions
- Cook grits and salt in water as package directs. Remove from heat, stir in cheese, cover and set aside.
- Place ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 3 minutes or until greens are tender. Toss; cover and set aside.
