Ok so I totally made this soup up using leftovers from chicken tacos...it is so yummy.

Ingredients

2 tsps chili powder 2 tsps black pepper 2 tsps cayenne pepper 2 dashes salt 1 breast, bone and skin removed chicken breast 1 cup salsa 42 oz chicken broth 4 cloves garlic 14 oz water 14 oz pinto beans 14 oz corn 3 oz fat free cheese, shredded

Instructions

1. Place half the liquid in a pot add chicken, spices and garlic. Simmer until chicken is cooked all the way through. 2. Remove chicken from broth and shred. 3. Add remainder of liquid to pot and shredded chicken. 4. Add salsa, corn and beans. 5. Simmer for about 20 minutes to let flavors emerge. 6. Serve with cheese sprinkled on top.
