A creamy and rich French cream that's great with pie or other desserts.
Ingredients
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 lemon, juiced and zested
pineapple juice
1 cup whipping cream, whipped with sugar
1/4 cup sugar, whipped with cream
Instructions
Soften cream cheese and then whip with powdered sugar. Whip cream and sugar together until it forms soft peaks. Combine beaten cream cheese, whipped cream, lemon and zest; continue to beat, adding just enough pineapple juice to achieve desired consistency. Serve with fresh fruit tray or fruit salad. Makes 3 cups.
