In a medium bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, salt and chocolate chips. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Scoop about 1/4 c. rounds of dough. Freeze for 1/2 hour, or until the cookie dough is firm.

Meanwhile, fill ice cream cones with softened ice cream and level off the top of the cone with a butter knife or spatula. Freeze for 1/2 hour, or until the ice cream is firm.

Make magic shell. Set up a double boiler: Bring a saucepan of water to a simmer. Add a glass bowl and add chocolate. Stir until melted, then stir in coconut oil. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
