Ingredients

Basic Quick Bread Dough 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. sugar 1 large Granny Smith apple 3/4 c. pitted chopped dried plums 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 3/4 c. granola 2 tbsp. unsalted butter 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine Basic Quick Bread Dough and 3/4 cup sugar, apple, plums, and cinnamon. Transfer to a nonstick 9- by 5-inch loaf pan. For crumble topping: In a small bowl, combine granola, butter, flour, and remaining 1 tablespoon sugar. Sprinkle over dough. Bake until a skewer tests clean when inserted into the center, about 1 hour. Remove loaf from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
