Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. peeled and deveined large shrimp
- can diced tomatoes
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp. dry white wine
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
Instructions
- In a large baking dish, combine 1 1/2 lb peeled and deveined large shrimp, a 28-oz can diced tomatoes (drained), 4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced), 2 Tbsp dry white wine, 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper.
- Roast at 425 °F until opaque throughout, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
