You can make fruit salad out of whatever fruits are in season and then just mix and match the dressings.
Ingredients
3 peaches
1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
2 tbsp. honey
Instructions
Put the peaches, blueberries, and slivered almonds in a large mixing bowl.
Combine the vanilla extract, the powdered ginger, and the honey in the small bowl. Stir them with a fork until blended. Pour the dressing over the fruit, and stir with the wooden spoon to combine.
