Pork Belly Slices
Salt
Lemon, sliced

1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Mirin or substitute: 1 tsp Diluted Honey with 1 tbsp Hot Water
1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
Chopped Garlic Clove to taste
