INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
2 Large Chicken Breast Fillets
1/2 Cup of Plain Flour
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Milk
1 Cup of Dried Breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper
Dipping Sauce (to serve)
NOTE: You can spray the nuggets with a little cooking spray prior to baking if you want that "fried" texture on the crumbs - but this is not essential.
MAKES ABOUT 18 NUGGETS
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
