Ingredients

1 pat butter 2 tbsp ricotta cheese 1 tbsp half & half 1 tbsp sour cream 1 medium egg 1 tsp olive oil 4 g soy protein isolate 1 packet sweetener

Instructions

1. Cream ricotta cheese, sour cream, and Splenda. Set aside. 2. Beat egg, half & half, & protein powder into smooth batter. 3. Lightly grease bottom of 10" fry pan with olive oil. Melt butter in low-medium heat. 4. Pour in batter and roll to cover bottom of pan. Watch batter solidify. Gently turn with spatula. 5. Cook till golden. Place on plate. Spread cheese filling and roll crepe-style.
