Ingredients:
Prawns 250 g
Cumin seeds 1 ts
Mustard seeds 1 ts
Poppy seeds 1 ts
Garlic 4 cloves
Green chilly 3 n
Mustard oil 2 tb
Onions chopped 1 n
Salt
Turmeric
Curry leaves 2 sp
Tomatoes 3 n
Chilly powder ½ tb
Directions:
Heat a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, poppy seeds, dry roast all together, take a blender in this add garlic, green chilly and add the dry roast ingredients, make a paste.
Heat mustard oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, reduce the flame add prawns fry them for a minute and take out from the oil, in the same oil add onions, cook this till golden in colour, add salt, turmeric, curry leaves, tomatoes, add made paste, chilly powder, put the lid on let it cook for 5 minutes in a slow flame, add water, once come to boil add fried prawns, put the lid on let it cook for 5 minutes in a slow flame, add water, once come to the boil add fried prawns, cook it for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
