Chingudi Besara (Prawns cooked in mustard sauce).Prawns are delicious and healthy as well http://www.vahrehvah.com/prawns-cooked-in-mustard-curry-sauce-chingudi-besara Ingredients: Prawns 250 g Cumin seeds 1 ts Mustard seeds 1 ts Poppy seeds 1 ts Garlic 4 cloves Green chilly 3 n Mustard oil 2 tb Onions chopped 1 n Salt Turmeric Curry leaves 2 sp Tomatoes 3 n Chilly powder ½ tb Directions: Heat a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, poppy seeds, dry roast all together, take a blender in this add garlic, green chilly and add the dry roast ingredients, make a paste.
