Prawn Caldine curry is a non-spicy yellow Goan curry made with prawns. This dish is a popular Goan dish usually made with fish. http://www.vahrehvah.com/prawn-caldine-curry Ingredients: Prawn s 500 g Pepper corns 10 n Coriander seeds 1 ts Cumin seeds 1 ts Poppy seeds 1 tb Oil 3 tb Onions 2 n Salt Ginger garlic slices 10g Green chilly 4 n Turmeric ¼ ts Tamarind juice ½ cup Vinegar ½ ts Coconut milk 3 tb Sugar 1 pinch Directions: Heat a pan add pepper corns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, dry roast the ingredients, put it in to the blender and make a paste.
