材料: 2 人食
2 碗白飯, 2 只蛋
2 塊豬排, 去骨和肥
醃料:
1. 1 粒蒜頭切碎
2. 1 茶匙鹽
3. 少許胡椒粉
4. 2 茶匙醬油
5. 1 茶匙油
6. 1 茶匙豆粉
拌勻後醃1 小時在雪櫃
做汁材料:
1. 4 茶匙牛油
2. 2 茶匙油
3. 2 粒蒜頭切粒
4. 1 湯匙麵粉
5. 150 ml = 5 fl oz 奶
6. 2 個中型番茄, 沸水煮2 分
7. 1 個洋蔥, 切粒
8. 1 茶匙雞粉
9. 少許胡椒粉
10. 少許糖
11. 2/3 茶匙鹽
做:
pan 燒紅放油炒蛋, 倒入白飯, 加入2/3 茶匙鹽和少許胡椒粉.
pot 燒熱放牛油, 油, 蒜粒, 麵粉, 奶, 番茄碎, 洋蔥, 雞粉, 胡椒粉, 糖和鹽
碟放麵粉, 豬排沾上麵粉, 放入中火油炸, 大約5 分後反身再炸2 分, 取出切3 次
炒版放焗盆, 放上巳切豬排, 淋汁料在上面, 汁要蓋在飯上, 否則飯焗後很硬
先熱焗爐 10 分, 250° C = 482° F
放在中間層焗15 分, 見焗盆有小波就可以
焗完, 打開爐門攤凍10 後取出

mix together and marinate for 1 hour in the fridge
For the sauce:
1. 2 tsp butter
2. 2 tsp oil
3. 2 tsp garlic
4. 1 tbsp flour
5. 150 ml = 5 fl oz milk
6. 2 tomatoes
7. 1 medium sized onion
8. 1 tsp chicken essence
9. pinch of pepper
10. pinch of sugar
11. 2/3 tsp salt
preheat oven 250° C= 482° F for 10 min, middle rack, bake for 10 min
