5. 150 grams = 5. 30 oz, sieved glutinous rice flour
6. 3 tsp sieved baking powder
7. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Filling:
100 grams = 3. 50 oz, red bean paste
some white sesame seeds
deep frying oil as needed
