Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry (US: 8 oz, Metric: 226.8 g), 1 ripe peach (US: 5.5 oz, Metric: 156 g), 4 oz of Brie cheese (US: 4 oz, Metric: 113.4 g), 1 egg for egg wash (US: 1.8 oz, Metric: 50 g), 1 tbsp of honey (US: 1 tbsp, Metric: 15 ml)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares. 3. Slice the peach and Brie into small pieces. 4. Place a piece of peach and Brie on each pastry square. 5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and press to seal. 6. Brush each pastry bite with the egg wash. 7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. 8. Drizzle with honey before serving.
