1 sheet of puff pastry (US: 8 oz, Metric: 226.8 g), 1 ripe peach (US: 5.5 oz, Metric: 156 g), 4 oz of Brie cheese (US: 4 oz, Metric: 113.4 g), 1 egg for egg wash (US: 1.8 oz, Metric: 50 g), 1 tbsp of honey (US: 1 tbsp, Metric: 15 ml)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares. 3. Slice the peach and Brie into small pieces. 4.
