Ingredients

1 large zucchini (300g), 1/2 cup almond flour (50g), 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (25g), 1/2 tsp garlic powder (1g), 1/4 tsp salt (1g), 1/4 tsp black pepper (0.5g), 1 large egg (50g)

Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). 2. Slice the zucchini into 1/4 inch thick rounds. 3. In a shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 4. Beat the egg in a separate bowl. 5. Dip each zucchini round into the egg, then dredge in the almond flour mixture. 6. Arrange the coated zucchini rounds in the air fryer basket in a single layer. 7. Cook for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. 8. Serve immediately.
