Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground turkey
- 1 medium zucchini (grated)
- 1/2 cup (50g) finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp (5g) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) black pepper
- 1 tsp (5g) dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Preheat air fryer to 375F (190C).
- Cook patties in air fryer for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with your favorite PCOS-friendly sides.
