Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground turkey
  • 1 medium zucchini (grated)
  • 1/2 cup (50g) finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp (5g) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) black pepper
  • 1 tsp (5g) dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375F (190C).
  4. Cook patties in air fryer for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve with your favorite PCOS-friendly sides.
