Ingredients
2 cups bone broth (480 ml), 1 tbsp L-Glutamine powder, 1 cup chopped carrots (128 g), 1 cup chopped celery (101 g), 1/2 cup chopped onion (80 g), 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml), 1 cup chopped zucchini (124 g), 1 cup chopped bell pepper (149 g)
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. 2. Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender. 3. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute. 4. Add bone broth and bring to a boil. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 6. Add zucchini and bell pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes. 7. Stir in L-Glutamine powder until dissolved. 8. Serve hot.
