Ingredients

1 cup almond flour (120g), 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder (30g), 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (90g), 1/4 cup coconut oil (60ml), 1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml), 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml), 1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5g), 1/4 tsp salt (1.5g)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. 3. Melt coconut oil and mix with maple syrup and vanilla extract. 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips. 5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
