1 lb of beef bones (450g), 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 2 stalks of celery, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place the beef bones in a large pot and cover with water. Add the apple cider vinegar and let sit for 30 minutes. 2. Add the garlic, onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. 3. Simmer for 12-24 hours, adding more water as needed. 4. Strain the broth and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
