Ingredients

1 lb (450g) beef bones, 2 cloves garlic, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 liters water

Instructions

1. Roast the beef bones in the oven at 400F (200C) for 30 minutes. 2. In a large pot, add the roasted bones, chopped vegetables, vinegar, salt, and pepper. 3. Cover with water and bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 12-24 hours. 5. Strain the broth and serve hot.
