1 cup of black beans (190g), 1 cup of quinoa (185g), 1 cup of diced tomatoes (180g), 1 cup of diced cucumbers (150g), 1/2 cup of diced red onions (75g), 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml), juice of one lime, salt and pepper to taste
