2 cups of shredded cabbage (US) or 200g (Metric), 1 cup of shredded carrots (US) or 100g (Metric), 1/2 cup of chopped mint leaves (US) or 25g (Metric), 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro (US) or 25g (Metric), 1/2 cup of chopped basil (US) or 25g (Metric), 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts (US) or 50g (Metric), 1/2 cup of chopped scallions (US) or 25g (Metric), For the dressing: 2 tablespoons of lime juice (US) or 30ml (Metric), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (US) or 15ml (Metric), 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (US) or 15ml (Metric), 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (US) or 15ml (Metric), 1 teaspoon of grated ginger (US) or 5g (Metric)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, mint, cilantro, basil, peanuts, and scallions. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, and ginger. 3.
