2 cups of Brown Rice Penne (200g), 1 cup of Alfredo Sauce (240ml), 1 cup of Broccoli (91g), 1/2 cup of Mushrooms (35g), 2 cloves of Garlic, 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil (15ml), Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the brown rice penne according to the package instructions. 2. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until golden. 3. Add the mushrooms and broccoli, and cook until tender. 4. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and heat until warm. 5. Drain the penne and mix it with the sauce. 6. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Serve immediately.
