Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain non-fat yogurt
  • 2 ounces pure cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits, such as apples, prunes, apricots, chopped small
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped small
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped small

Instructions

  1. Blend the yogurt in a blender until it is liquefied, and then add the sugar and blend, making sure it is all dissolved. Evenly mix in the dried fruits, almonds and pecans. Pour into popsicle molds, set in the sticks, and freeze until solid.
