1 ounce absinthe verte, such as Pacifique 1 ounce chilled Sauvignon Blanc or other dry white wine 1 ounce French blanc vermouth, such as Dolin 3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup Dash of orange flower water Cracked ice 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish

Instructions

In a chilled Pontarlier glass (a traditional absinthe glass) or white wine glass, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish. Fill the glass with cracked ice and stir well; garnish with the twist.
