  • 1 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Dash salt
  • Dash white pepper
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices tomato
