Ingredients

1 medium beetroot, peeled and roughly chopped 2 frozen bananas, sliced 2 cups almond milk 4 tablespoons cacao powder Cacao nibs, to serve (optional) Freeze-dried raspberries, to serve (optional)

Instructions

Place beetroot, banana, almond milk and cacao into an upright blender and blend on high until smooth. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and freeze-dried raspberries, if desired. Serve immediately.
