Ingredients

  • 1 medium beetroot, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder
  • Cacao nibs, to serve (optional)
  • Freeze-dried raspberries, to serve (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place beetroot, banana, almond milk and cacao into an upright blender and blend on high until smooth. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and freeze-dried raspberries, if desired. Serve immediately.
