Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 5 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup, optional
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 small bunch fresh mint, leaves and tender stems only
- 1/2 hothouse cucumber
Instructions
- Combine the ice, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup if using, lime jice, mint and cucumber in a blender. Blend on medium speed until lightly frothy. Serve.
